The electric plancha grill PSI 600 E is a high-performance stainless steel cooking surface designed for professional searing and versatile contact cooking. The cooking plate is made from 4 mm thick stainless steel, ensuring excellent durability, heat retention, and resistance to intensive use. After the first heating cycles, the surface naturally develops coloration, a normal characteristic of high-quality stainless steel under high temperatures. Its one-piece construction enhances hygiene, simplifies cleaning, and allows the safe use of metal spatulas without damaging the surface.
Thanks to its perfectly smooth finish, the plate ensures direct and efficient heat transfer to food, enabling precise contact cooking and even browning. This makes it ideal for cooking meats, fish, burgers, sausages, vegetables, eggs, and omelettes with consistent results.
The PSI 600 E reaches optimal cooking temperature in approximately 8 minutes, providing fast readiness for service. It is powered by two Incoloy heating elements, each rated at 1.75 kW, delivering a total power of 3.5 kW. These coil-shaped elements are distributed across the entire plate, ensuring uniform heat distribution without cold spots or edge heat loss.
The grill features two independently controlled cooking zones, allowing operators to cook different foods at different temperatures simultaneously—for example, searing meat on one side at 200°C while gently cooking vegetables at 160°C on the other.
For easy maintenance, fats and cooking juices are collected in a fully removable stainless steel drip tray, which is dishwasher safe for convenient cleaning and improved hygiene.
