The PZ 430 D professional pizza oven is an innovative double-deck solution designed for fast, precise, and highly versatile cooking performance in commercial kitchens and pizzerias. Its advanced double regulation system allows independent control of both the upper and lower heating zones in each chamber, ensuring optimal cooking conditions for a wide variety of dough types and recipes.

The upper section is controlled by a thermostat that regulates the chamber temperature and activates infrared quartz elements positioned at the top. The lower section features a dedicated power regulator that controls heat distribution to the firestone and lower infrared quartz elements. This dual-control system provides exceptional flexibility, allowing operators to fine-tune cooking conditions for different products.

Infrared quartz tubes positioned both above and below the cooking surface emit intense radiant heat reaching up to 1050°C. This ensures rapid heat transfer and consistent cooking results, delivering perfectly baked pizzas in record time.

Performance is outstanding: the PZ 430 D can bake two fresh Ø32 cm pizzas at 350°C in just 3 minutes, or two frozen pizzas in approximately 3 minutes and 30 seconds, making it ideal for high-demand service environments.

The adjustable lower heat system allows the oven to adapt to different dough styles, from thin-crust Tuscan pizzas to thicker Neapolitan bases and even American-style pan pizzas. It also supports other culinary applications such as pancakes, chapatis, pastries, and flambé tarts.

Additional features include dual firestones for even heat distribution, 15-minute timers with continuous operation lock, dual thermostatic controls (0–350°C) with power regulation, indicator lights, and double-insulated doors with tempered glass for improved heat retention and safety.
