The WI/3 double Chocolate Warmers is a versatile tabletop solution designed to enhance both sweet and savory food presentations in professional kitchens, dessert stations, and snack service areas. It is ideal for keeping toppings at the perfect serving consistency, ensuring smooth, attractive, and easy-to-dispense sauces throughout service.

For dessert applications, the WI/3 gently heats and liquefies a wide range of sweet toppings such as chocolate, caramel, honey, and spreads. This allows chefs and operators to beautifully dress pancakes, waffles, cakes, ice cream, and other frozen desserts without drying or burning the product. The controlled heating ensures a consistent texture that improves both presentation and taste.

In savory applications, the warmer is equally effective for maintaining sauces, cheese, and other toppings at the ideal temperature. It is particularly useful in snack bars, fast food outlets, and catering environments where hot dogs, sandwiches, pizzas, and similar items require quick and precise finishing touches.

Operation is simple and user-friendly. The thermostat can be set to maximum for approximately 15 minutes to bring preparations to temperature, then adjusted to around 60°C to maintain heat without overheating. Flexible squeeze bottles allow for precise, hygienic, and controlled portioning through a triple-outlet system.

The unit features a stainless steel heated tray with surrounding heating elements, a commutator thermostat, and pilot indicator light for easy monitoring. It includes removable displays for jars or bottles of jam, honey, or spreads, and is supplied with three pressure bottles, each equipped with three nozzles for efficient and sanitary service.
